3. Service
Wivoly provides AI-assisted video creation. We may modify or suspend features.
4. Payments
Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for paid subscriptions. Paddle handles invoicing, tax, refunds, and billing support. See paddle.com.
5. License
Personal, non-transferable use. You retain rights to your inputs; we grant a license to process them to deliver the service.
6. Acceptable use
No unlawful content, abuse, reverse engineering, or unauthorized access.
